3-step procedure
Pro: email support@cableavenue.fr with the invoice number + a photo of the defect. Consumer: customer portal → My orders → Request a return.
Within 24 business hours, we send you a pre-paid UPS label. No cost to you for product defects. Drop-off window at a pickup point: 14 days.
Pro accounts: we ship the replacement before we even receive the return (replacement within 48 business hours). Consumers: refund within 5 business days of receipt, or immediate exchange — your choice.
Right of withdrawal (consumers)
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or bear any cost other than that of the return. Products must be returned in their original packaging, in as-new condition. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return, to the original payment method.
Note: this right does not apply to B2B contracts (professional order with an intra-EU VAT number). For Pro accounts, the 2-year warranty and the 48h replacement take precedence.
