When am I credited?: Once your referral's order is delivered and actually paid. Average time: 5-10 days after parcel receipt. Credit visible in /pro/referrals.
Does the person I refer have to sign up?: No. The code also works for a B2C order without creating an account. The `ca_ref` cookie stays 180 days in their browser.
Does the credit have an expiry date?: Yes, 12 months from when it is triggered. After that, it is automatically canceled.
Can I stack several credits on one order?: Yes. If you have 3 pending −5% credits, you apply −15% to your next order over €100 excl. VAT.
