B2B General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Version applicable as of 14 May 2026 — between Cable Avenue SAS, registered with the Marseille Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under no. 921 348 192, and any business customer (“the Customer”).

1. Purpose

These Terms of Sale govern any order of cables, accessories and connectivity solutions placed by a business buyer with Cable Avenue, whether placed via the cableavenue.fr website, by PDF quote, or by direct exchange (email / EDI). They prevail over any document of the Customer, save for a specific agreement signed between the parties.

2. Pricing terms & tiers

Prices are stated in euros, excluding taxes, ex-warehouse France. Three discount tiers apply automatically from the following thresholds:

• Retail — 1 to 49 units: catalog price.
• Semi-wholesale — 50 to 499 units: −18% to −28% depending on SKU.
• Wholesale — 500+ units: −32% to −45% depending on SKU.

The tier applies to the entire cart, by total quantity threshold. Cable Avenue reserves the right to change its prices without notice; the applicable prices are those in force at the time the order is confirmed.

3. Order

Any order confirmed by the Customer (online or by signed purchase order) constitutes full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale. Confirmation triggers a stock reservation for 7 business days pending payment (for accounts without credit terms).

4. Payment terms

For new accounts: payment in full by credit card, SEPA transfer or Stripe. For validated Pro accounts (KBIS + intra-EU VAT + bank details verified): payment within 30 days end of month by SEPA transfer. Any late payment automatically incurs a penalty equal to 3 times the legal interest rate in force, as well as a flat-rate recovery indemnity of €40 (article L441-10 of the French Commercial Code).

5. Shipping & delivery

Orders confirmed before 2 p.m. on a business day are shipped the same day from our warehouse in France. Usual lead times:

• Mainland France — 24h to 48h business days (UPS, DPD, Chronopost).
• EU — 48h to 96h business days.
• UK / Switzerland — 3 to 7 business days (DDP or DAP, your choice).

Shipping is free above €200 excl. VAT. Lead times are indicative; no delay may engage Cable Avenue's liability beyond reimbursement of the transport cost.

6. Warranty & returns

All our products are guaranteed for 2 years from the invoice date against any manufacturing defect. The warranty covers the direct replacement or refund of the defective item, excluding any indirect damage. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt, with prior agreement from our customer service.

7. Retention of title

In accordance with article L624-16 of the French Commercial Code, Cable Avenue retains ownership of the delivered goods until full payment of the price. The transfer of risk nevertheless takes place upon handover to the carrier.

8. Confidentiality & data

Cable Avenue collects and processes the Customer's data in accordance with the privacy policy, in compliance with the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679). Data remains hosted in the European Union.

9. Force majeure

Cable Avenue may not be held liable for a failure to meet its obligations due to a force majeure event within the meaning of article 1218 of the French Civil Code (component shortage, port blockage, natural disaster, armed conflict).

10. Disputes & jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Marseille Commercial Court, save for any mandatory provision of public policy to the contrary.
